I - OBJECT, SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, ordering and access to “ BELB ” products offered by Maria Isabel Costa - Vestuário Unipessoal LDA , tax identification number PT517418746 , with registered office at Rua General Humberto Delgado 948, 4765-546 Serzedelo , Guimarães, Portugal , on the website www.belbcollection.com and apply to all purchase and sale contracts for “BELB” products concluded between Maria Isabel Costa – Vestuário Unipessoal LDA and any User who places orders through the aforementioned website.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- “BELB” – Products sold on the website www.belbcollection.com;
- “User” – Any natural person who places an order on the website www.belbcollection.com
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude the User's rights and guarantees contained in the legislation in force for contracts of this nature.
II - ACCEPTANCE
The use of the website www.belbcollection.com and the purchase of BELB products presupposes knowledge, understanding and approval of these Terms and Conditions by the User.
III - REGISTRATION
To place an order, the User may register in advance by filling in the form fields on the website www.belbcollection.com.
It is also possible to place your order through a simpler process using just a valid email and phone number. However, when registering on the website your data and preferences will be saved to be more easily used in future purchases.
From the moment you access your personal account, the User is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the legal and regulatory standards that govern the operation and use
IV - BELB PRODUCTS
The website www.belbcollection.com is intended for all users who wish to order BELB products, without any commercial purpose.
The photos of BELB products are for illustrative purposes only and may differ in color or material. Although the images try to be as faithful as possible to the product, they may not exactly reflect some characteristics, so it is essential to consult the information on the details present in each product.
BELB reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the information, product offerings, prices, promotions and terms and conditions of sale on the website www.belbcollection.com .
V - ORDERS
The User can purchase BELB products online through the following steps:
- Selection, through icons or search menus, of the product(s) desired by the User;
- Adding the selected product(s) to the user’s “Shopping Cart”
- Registration of the User's personal data, which may be integrated into the BELB database under the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions;
- Indication of the delivery address, billing address, payment method and telephone number;
- Lastly, review and confirm your order;
The User will be notified of the status of their order by receiving an email, referring to “Order Confirmation”, and a second email, after payment approval, referring to “Order Shipping”.
Finally, the User's order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the “Shipping address” indicated in the purchase process along with the respective invoice.
By placing an order you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy.
BELB reserves the right to cancel or not accept orders when one of the following situations occurs:
- The product(s) are out of stock;
- Payment is not made through any of the payment options available on the website www.belbcollection.com;
- Payment is not confirmed;
- Billing information is not correct or verifiable;
- There is an alert of suspected fraud;
- The purpose of the order is to resell the products;
- The delivery address is outside our delivery zone;
VII - PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
Accepted payment methods will be displayed on www.belbcollection.com.
We do not accept any other payment method than those mentioned.
You can pay for your products using your usual credit cards, using your personal PAYPAL account, through ATM via entity and reference or MBWay. We also offer an installment payment plan provided by KLARNA that uses your usual credit card.
For credit card payments, all details (such as card number, expiration date or security code) will be sent via encrypted protocol to the company providing the remote electronic payment services, Shopify Payments (Stripe) , without third parties having access to the information transmitted.
This information will not be used by BELB, except to carry out the necessary operations for the purchase or refund, in the case of a return under the exercise of the right of return, or to report cases of fraud to the police.

Shipping costs will be presented to you as soon as you enter your address and according to the total calculation of the products you wish to purchase.
The delivery times indicated start counting from the date of dispatch of the order and are presented in working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count towards the delivery time). In cases of force majeure, BELB cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery.
Import duties and taxes may apply. BELB does not cover fees and taxes that may be charged in the destination country.
If the user refuses to pay any import duties or taxes and the order is returned to BELB, the return costs will be payable to the user and deducted from the total refund amount.
IX - DELIVERY
BELB processes and sends the products ordered by the user, from Monday to Friday, except holidays and on the days and periods used by the logistics company, to the address indicated by the user when confirming the order.
BELB strives to process the order between the 1st day and a maximum period of 8 days from the day on which payment is validated.
BELB will inform the user of the unavailability of the product or products ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.
BELB's ability to respond within these deadlines is, however, subject to the availability of its stock.
There is no possibility of scheduling the delivery of the order, and someone must be at the location on the day of delivery to receive the order.
If the carrier is unable to deliver on the indicated date, it will contact the User to schedule a new date or leave a notice at the delivery location, with the date and time at which it attempted to deliver the order, the collection point where it was is located and the deadline the User has to collect it under penalty of it being returned to BELB.
If the order is not collected from the collection point within the defined period, it will be returned to BELB and the customer will be charged the return costs.
X. RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION
The User has the right to freely terminate the contract concluded with BELB within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason, as long as the product(s) have not been used or have no signs of use and are complete, with the original labels, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day on which the User, or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the product(s).
To exercise their right of free termination, the User must inform their decision to terminate the contract by email to belbclothing@gmail.com, or using the contact form available on the website here.
The costs of returning the order when exercising the right of free resolution are borne by the User.
In case of exercising the right of free resolution, the User is reimbursed for all payments made by him, including delivery costs, if the User has borne them in the initial transaction (except additional costs resulting from the fact that the User chooses a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by BELB), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the product(s) were received( s) and the conditions of the returned product(s) have been approved.
If the returned products are damaged or used, BELB reserves the right not to accept the return and there will be no right to a refund. If the product(s) in question have been returned to BELB, they will be returned to the user after payment of shipping costs. If the user does not comply with what is indicated by BELB, the product(s) in question will be considered abandoned by the user and may be destroyed, not having the user is entitled to any refund or compensation.
XI. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING:
The customer can cancel their order, as long as they request it by email to belbclothing@gmail.com before it is shipped.
Orders canceled before dispatch are fully refundable.
Orders canceled after dispatch are governed by the conditions set out in point X. Right of free resolution.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
The User has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to have defects or other non-conformities.
As soon as the User detects a defect or other non-conformity, they must communicate via email belbclothing@gmail.com describing the defect or non-conformity of the product and whenever possible attach proof images.
After receiving the email, we will contact the User to replace the product, terminate the contract or any other consensual solution.
All shipping costs relating to the return or exchange of defective products will be borne by BELB.
EXCHANGES:
Free for mainland Portugal and Spain.
After receiving the order, the user has 14 days to exchange their product(s).
To proceed with the exchange, the user must contact BELB via email belbclothing@gmail.com. BELB will then contact the user to clarify all the steps for exchanging the product.
All transport costs relating to exchanges will be borne by BELB.
XII. QUALITY
BELB does not sell second-hand products, with defects or with raw materials different from those described in the details of each product.
BELB will endeavor to ensure that the colors of products appearing on the website www.belbcollection.com are as accurate and real as possible. However, because computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is displaying the exact colors.
XIII. CLAIMS
Taking into account the objective of continuous improvement of its services, BELB will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints presented by the User within 7 (five) business days, by email to belbclothing@gmail.com.
XIV. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
BELB products benefit from the guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
XV. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BELB does not guarantee the permanent availability of this service www.belbcollection.com and, in particular, will not be responsible for damages, resulting, directly or indirectly, from the use or impossibility of using, for any reason, the aforementioned website, particularly in the event of unavailability of access, technical problems or errors in telematic data transfer networks, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses, nor will it assume any responsibility for technical problems that may occur in the computer equipment used when connecting to the internet through the aforementioned website.
BELB will also not assume any responsibility for any damages arising, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure, understood as such, any event beyond BELB's control that prevents it, totally or partially, permanently or temporarily, from to fulfill its obligations, namely, strikes, failures in the electrical network, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or transporters and changes in legislation or regulations administrative.
BELB is not responsible for any abusive use of the user's access data to the website by third parties, which data is personal and non-transferable.
XVI. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BELB reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, after notification, which is considered to be given through publication of the modified Terms and Conditions on the website www.belbcollection.com.
XVII. PERSONAL DATA
We ask that you carefully read our Privacy Policy so that you can become aware of the rules and procedures adopted by BELB regarding the processing of data collected when you browse the website www.belbcollection.com and when you use the functionalities offered by it, as well as the security and confidentiality measures.
XVIII. DURATION
These general conditions apply for the duration of the supply of goods through the website www.belbcollection.com.
The foregoing does not prejudice the possibility of subsequent review and/or amendment of these general conditions.
If any of the provisions of these general conditions are declared, in whole or in part, null or, in any way, invalid, ineffective or inapplicable, such nullity, invalidity, ineffectiveness or inapplicability will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions nor the subsistence of contractual relations.
XIX. PROOF AND FILE
The computer records, maintained in BELB's computer systems, are considered proof of the conclusion of the contract between the parties, as well as the conditions under which it was concluded.
XX. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions, including their validity, the use of the website www.belbcollection.com are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, BELB and the user undertake to seek an amicable solution, which is fair and appropriate, within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from receipt of the communication directed to this effect by any of the parties involved.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the user can use the European online dispute resolution platform, available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
