Exchanges and Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and request a refund, voucher or exchange. See below for more information about our return policy.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All returns must be mailed within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in original condition, without any marks or signs of use and with all tags intact. Under the Right of Free Resolution (art 10, of DL 24/2014, of 14 Feb)

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Portugal and Spain (except islands)

Exchanges to mainland Portugal and Spain are free .

To exchange an item, simply contact us via email at belbclothing@gmail.com where we will explain all the steps for exchanging the product. You just have to place the product inside the original box and wait for our carrier to collect it.

Islands of Portugal and Spain, Europe and Rest of the World

To exchange an item, place the item securely in its original packaging (cover the box) and send your exchange to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all return costs to us. The exchange product is sent free of charge.

Note: We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your exchange. We are not responsible for any lost orders.

Extra-community exchanges (outside the EEA) may be subject to VAT and customs fees that will be charged to the customer.

RETURN PROCESS (for refund)

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging (cover the box) and send your return to the following address:

Note: you must send an email notifying your intention to return to belbclothing@gmail.com. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to send your return. We are not responsible for any lost orders.

Extra-EU returns (outside the EEA) may be subject to VAT and customs fees which will be charged to the customer and deducted from the total refund.

Reimbursement

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the product(s), we will process your refund. Please allow us a minimum period of five (5) days from receipt of the item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement depending on your credit/debit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If the returned products are damaged or used, BELB reserves the right not to accept the return and there will be no right to a refund. In this case, the product(s) will be returned to the customer after payment of shipping costs. If the customer refuses to comply with the instructions, the product(s) will be considered abandoned, with no compensation or refund being given.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

As soon as you detect a defect or other non-conformity, you must communicate via email to belbclothing@gmail.com describing the defect or non-conformity of the product and, whenever possible, attaching supporting images.

After receiving the email, we will contact you to replace the product, return it for a refund or any other agreed solution.

All shipping costs relating to the return or exchange of defective products will be borne by BELB.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Personalized / made-to-order items (marked “Made to order”)
  • Pre-sale items

Note (for orders outside the EEA)

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
